Description: not put to much but I have cooked many recipes that will show you things as they come. .. I start with this pie easy to make but the flavor and rustic, the filling I discovered that I used years ago by a friend of my mother who uses it to stuff a homemade pizza ... Ingredients:
- roll pastry
- a white onion
- 2 packages of hot dogs small
- a bit of butter
- cream
- 1 egg (used only for the dough, stuffed pizza if the egg is not needed)
- salt
Procedure:
- clean and chop the onion
- washer hot dogs
- Melt the butter in a saucepan
- fry the onion
- join the sausage
- pour the cream and season with salt
- the cream should not boil
- roll out the dough to cover the cake pan choice
- leave that pulp overflowing before becoming frame
- prick the bottom with a fork
- mix an egg to the filling
- pour into the pan and close the borders
- bake at 180 degrees (or as you are used to cook the pasta) until golden brown
- allow to cool before serving
- definitely try it when making pizza at home
