Ingredients:

• frozen spinach (12 cubes)
• 3 large carrots
• 5 medium potatoes
• salt and nutmeg
• grated Parmesan
• 2 eggs
• breadcrumbs (or sauce pan with rice)

Procedure:

1. cook the vegetables Steam
2. chop the spinach in a bowl
3. mash the potatoes and carrots in another bowl
4. add one egg in each bowl with salt and nutmeg
5. good mix for the two doughs
6. add cheese to compact the dough
7. now pressing dough into the mold silicone
8. sprinkle with bread crumbs
9. bake for 15 minutes at 180 °
10. let it cool and invert on a plate
