Ingredients:
  • whole fresh mushrooms
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • garlic optional
  • extra virgin olive oil
Procedure:
  1. clean mushrooms
  2. remove the cap from the stem of each mushroom
  3. put the cups in a baking dish
  4. put the stems in a food processor and chop
  5. add salt in food processor , pepper, parsley and possibly a small piece of garlic
  6. combine the cream a few tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  7. fill the cups with the resultant
  8. blades of extra virgin olive oil the mushrooms and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
