Ingredients:

- butter
- flour
- milk
- salt
- noce moscata
- grana grattugiato
Procedimento:
- tagliare le fettine di petti di pollo in pezzi di 4cm circa
- infarinare i vari pezzi
- sciogliere un fondo di burro in una larga padella (grande abbastanza da tenere stesi tutti pezzi di pollo altrimenti far man mano la rosolatura e tenere da parte per inserire il pollo tutto dopo)
- brown the chicken on both sides lightly salting
- cover plenty of milk
- scratching salt and nutmeg
